No problem, no biggie. The play for one actor is adaptation based at autobioghrapy novels by Edward St Aubyn. Patrick is a twenty-two years old young aristocrat who comes from a rich British social class. He has a problem, he uses drugs to come to terms with his past. The most repeated questions in his life story are: How can we break away from our past and live our life here and now? Because past is not big deal, or is it?

For the dank spring, for the two-meter distancing, for the sausages that are not great again, for the radio that only plays pop mainstream, for my evening back pain, for me being single, for the Netflix password I can’t remember, for the books I forgot to return to the library, for me having no one to talk to, for me drinking, for me not washing my hands, for my shouting – who’s to blame?
What happens when they lock you and throw away the key? What if this happens to the whole world? What is it about four walls that frustrates us so much? What about the proverbial trenches, who is digging them? Why are we alone? Who did lock us up? Who threw the key away? Who’s responsible for all of this? Who has the power? Who’s had enough? Who’s who? What’s next? What now? Knock, knock. Who’s there?

Queen? Should I be queen? (She pouts, flirts, then her smile falls.) Elizabeth II. Margaret, the other one, that’s me. Margaret, darling, do what you like, but don’t overdo it. (It’s absurd to be born at the finish line. To have everything a woman of this age desires. Fame and money. Fame by virtue of the title conferred, and money with which they bought my freedom.
