The Infocentre, the heart of the festival, how we often call it, located on the ground floor of The Theatre Faculty of The Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno.
Why visit the Infocentre? There are several reasons for visiting the Infocentre: make a purchase of tickets for performances, make a purchase of festival promotional items, make a reservation for workshops. Furthermore you can findthere answers to your questions about the festival, receive the festival accreditation, the Meeting Point magazine for inspection, the festival brochure Bulletin and the program Puzzle, where you can find all the festival events with venues and times, to disassemble.
Infocentre also provides an information stand at The Moravian Square, next to the statue of Margrave Jobst of Luxembourg during the Open Air Stage. There will be promotional items of the festival and Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno, staff who will be happy to give you information about the festival SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER and study at JAMU. Of course there will be a cotton candy machine and you will be able to taste our this year’s visual of festival SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER.
In Infocentre we accept cash only. For payment by card, please use the website of the GoOut reservation system.

Want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the festival? Have a doze? Rolling? Stretch your legs? You can have it all without leaving the festival venues. Right at the Theatre Faculty, next to the Infocenter, there is an oasis of peace for all the exhausted souls who need to cheer. Lie down, cover yourself with a blanket, close your eyes, listen to soothing melodies and relax.
