Rhythmical workshop led by Carli Jefferson

Carli is trained in Tap dance, Ballet, Tango, Jazz, Hip Hop and Flamenco among other styles. Nowadays she devotes herself mostly to the style called STEP FLOW. This is a tap form with an emphasis on the rhythm of the body.

From this technique festival participants can gain further experience and skills in using their body – learn to listen not only to ourselves but also to others, to improve coordination, improvisational skills and deepen their perception and listening to music. Body rhythm. Arms, legs, body and head connected in one movement. Improvisation, choreography, singing and all with a smile. Carli is looking to help us all light up, loosen up and laugh.

Acting workshop led by Robert Gordon

Acting, a short play by Harold Pinter, the English language, all together these form the foundation of a workshop with the actor, playwright and director in one person.

Professor Robert Gordon will conduct a  2-hour workshop on “Words and silences: playing Pinter's text”. Using the short masterpiece, “Night”. Professor Gordon will demonstrate the British approach to activating the expressivity of spoken language, exploiting minimal movement and gesture to enhance the explosive power of words.

Workshop led by Ruslan Barabanov

ruslanTraining "Демидовские этюды" (Demidov's etudes) - live-acting training, created by great Russian theatre tutor Nikolay Demidov - the professor of Stanislavsky's educational crew. The exercise develops the skills of immediate being on the stage, close cooperation between persons, spontaneous perception of the partner.
