He studied stage design in 1997-2003 at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno. He has made more than 100 realizations of stage and costume sets throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is a permanent collaborator of Jan Mikulášek, working with directors Martin Františák, Daniel Špinar, Michal Dočekal, J.A. Pitínský, Martin Glaser and others.
He considers the theatre Na zábradlí as his home scene, where he has been working in the creative team with Jan Mikulášek, Dora Viceníková and Petr Štědron since 2013.
He was nominated eight times for the Alfred Radok Award and the Theater Critics Award in the category of scenography of the year. He was nominated twice for the Czech Lion Film Award for Best Costumes.
