ENC: STAGE! today in your home

PUT YOURSELF IN THE FESTIVAL MOOD TONIGHT!

The unconventional online 31st International Festival of Theater Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2021 will be presented by ENC: STAGE, starts today at 5 p.m. right in your living room!

From the premises of the Eleven Club and BURANTEATR Theater, we will present the work of the group “Neřvi mi do ucha”, a Czech-Slovak trio that combines live instruments with electronic beats at 5 p.m.

At 6 p.m. the punk trio “Small Town life” will perform for you. Their music is influenced by the top 90’s, taking garage groups such as Bass Drum of Death or Ty Segall as their idols and the new British punk wave as well.

At 7 p.m. you can look forward to the band “Bare Escape”, which interweaves several musical approaches, such as intuitive guitar playing and singing, which oscillates between reciting, melodic passages and emotional shouting.

At 7.45 p.m., the solo Slovak composer and singer “Katarína Máliková” will be featured, whose genre moves on the edge of artpop compositions with a touch of baroque minimal and new world music: she can sometimes sound stage or film.

At 8.50 p.m. it will be the turn of the “Teepee band”, with which you will be able to enjoy music with roots in indie-folk enriched with electronic and pop elements.

Last but not least, the duo “1flfsoap” will perform at 9.45 p.m., using drums with guitar, synths and raw sounds to show the dark side of live electronics and create dance sets with an unpredictable ending.

And don’t forget, the 31st International Festival of Theater Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2021 will officially start tomorrow at 2 pm with the opening ceremony, which will be broadcast on the festival website!
