How is ENCOUNTER seen by students of the Silesian University in Opava

We were surprised how international the festival is. It was a great opportunity to see how the creative process by students in Rome, Yerevan or Bratislava can look . We got caught up in devised performances and their big number. We believe that it is very important to use the creative and devising impulses during our student years and create something that comes directly from us. There are many great creators but it doesn’t mean there is no need to have more of them! We are truly glad for this opportunity and also look forward to further festival`s editions that we believe will take place normally, out of on-line. We always had a big sympathy to JAMU (Janáček Academy of Performing Arts), perceived it as a good mood place and always looked up to it as an “older sister”.
